The CCM designation has been the hallmark of professionalism in club management since 1965 and is the cornerstone of CMAE’s member recognition programme. It is a globally recognised and valuable, widely respected mark of a manager’s commitment to professional development and the club industry.
The CCM is awarded to those who can prove that they posses a good working knowledge of all of the core competencies by completing the full Management Development Programme, attending the world conference and passing the CCM examination to the required standards.

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is a non-profit making professional association with members involved in the management of sports clubs (golf, tennis, sailing and other sports), health & fitness clubs, leisure, city and dining clubs located throughout Europe, Middle East and North Africa. The CMAE is also a pan-European 'unifying' organisation for a variety of national professional associations for club managers and secretaries. National associations can affiliate with the CMAE, thereby giving their membership access to CMAE education programmes, international activities and events.
