You should have a button to download a PDF version to the right of your certificate if you're logged in. If you cannot see the button there, please make sure you're logged in to your account (you have a login button in the upper right corner).

You can reset your password the following way:

• Access the login page
• Click "Connect with email"
• Click "Reset password" in the bottom of the window
• Enter your registered email address and click "Reset password"

If the email address is registered in the system you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Please try to omit any separators or hyphens when entering your social security number. If the problem persists, you should contact the issuer.

For security reasons, grades are in general only displayed when you are logged in. Check if you are logged in to your account (there is a button to log in in the upper right corner).
