The course 'Programming in SattLine' provides a fundamental understanding of the structure and principles of the SattLine system. After completing the course, participants will be able to perform minor programming tasks and analyze and modify advanced SattLine applications.

During the course, participants will gain knowledge about:

• Programming simple SattLine applications and analyzing more complex contexts in larger SattLine applications.
• The difference between SattLine and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Module definitions and programming languages, including program blocks, sequence blocks, functions, and error codes.
• Events and alarms.
• Data logging and historical curves.
• The privilege system and its use in objects and modules.
• SattLine Controller hardware, including central I/O and Remote I/O.
• Scan groups and their application as well as program execution.
• MMS communication, both external and program-internal.
