This course explains how the FCA’s main regulatory focus is now on whether firms have the right culture and the right products to deliver good outcomes for their customers.
In order to deliver this regulatory outcome all firms must undertake regular product reviews to ensure that that they meet the outcomes demanded by the Consumer Duty.
This course will explore the FCA’s current regulatory expectations and the impact of the Consumer Duty and, will give delegates practical guidance to enable them to undertake effective product reviews.
