Project Management 4

The purpose of the course has been to enable project managers to handle the project group during the project’s start-up stage. The focus has been on training in and reflecting upon specific methods for team development and project planning.

Topics from the course:

• Understand 6 Leadership Styles (theory and practice)
• Understand general and own leadership behaviour based on a Project Leadership Profile 360° measurement
• Develop own dynamic and personal action plan
• Use current repertoire of leadership styles (6 Leadership Styles)
• Use different leadership styles and leadership behaviours and be challenged and trained in these
• Understand and use IPMA’s leadership competency elements and train these
• Apply various tools and methods to leadership style
• Challenge leadership behaviour through training in concrete project management cases
• Manage the steering committee, project participants, stakeholders and own leadership effort.
