The purpose of the course has been to enable project managers to handle the project group during the project’s start-up stage. The focus has been on training in and reflecting upon specific methods for team development and project planning.

Develop own dynamic and personal action plan.
Use current repertoire of leadership styles (6 Leadership Styles).
Use different leadership styles and leadership behaviours and be challenged and trained in these.
Understand and use IPMA’s leadership competency elements and train these.
Apply various tools and methods to leadership style.
Challenge leadership behaviour through training in concrete project management cases.
Manage the steering committee, project participants, stakeholders and own leadership effort.

The course is a mix of theoretical lectures and practical exercises.
