development organization (LDO) and a Coach Training Organization (CTO) head-
quartered in Nairobi, Kenya, and serving Africa for the last 16 years since 2006. Our
visionary mindset and pace-setting orientation saw us become the first coaching and leadership development organization domiciled in Eastern Africa to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2015. We are therefore global but Africa-centered and inspired.
