Egis Complex Project Management programme

This programme targets project managers with the potential to or holding a role leading medium to high-complexity projects.
Egis will strengthen project leadership capabilities along with capabilities to learn and work in an international setting. The participants have gained profound knowledge as well as solid competencies in planning and leading projects systematically with a strong focus on the client and managing the business case.
The learning path combines different learning methods such as e-learning, action learning teams, exercises, books, and 5 days of classroom/virtual training. The structure of the three modules is aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework and knowledge areas.

Physical/virtual project management education: 36 hours (36 PDU)
E-learning: Approx. 30 hours
Virtual Action Learning: Approx. 8 hours

Outcome
•    The programme takes the participants from good, solid planning at the start of the project to the complex level where changing conditions are the basic situation.
•    The programme focuses on project leadership and the ability to work under changing conditions and still be in control in a systematic and prioritizing manner.

The training is concluded with a 3-hour online examination with multiple-choice questions, theoretical questions and case-based assignments.
