Course Diploma

The purpose of the course has been to create an understanding of the project work method as a tool. The project work method places heavy demands on the project manager and the project team. The aim of the course has been to provide the participants with the tools needed to meet these demands.

Content

The course has covered subjects that are relevant in all types of projects – internal tasks and tasks that are linked to cooperation with customers or others. The participants have had the opportunity to work with the project management method in a number of typical situations throughout the stages of a project, i.e. in a case study that has run through the course.

The course is a mix of theoretical lectures and practical exercises.
