Nature Energy - PM Advanced

The course aims to equip participants with the skills to lead a project team effectively through all phases: initiation, execution, closure, and handover. It enables participants to navigate constant changes, manage conflicts within the team, and handle interactions with various stakeholders. Additionally, the course focuses on developing participants' self-leadership abilities to enhance their capacity to lead others and apply diverse leadership styles. Finally, it ensures that participants understand and can implement the Nature Energy Project Model.

Time Consumption
The face-to-face training consisted of four days, totalling 32 hours. Additionally, participants completed 8 hours of homework, which included virtual learning and group work. The course also required an individual presentation of key learnings and future personal development.
