Understand and use IPMA’s leadership competency elements and train these.
Apply various tools and methods to leadership style.
Challenge leadership behaviour through training in concrete project management cases.
Manage the steering committee, project participants, stakeholders and own leadership effort.

The course is a mix of theoretical lectures and practical exercises.
