3. Award Criteria

a. Certificate of Participation

This is awarded to participants who attend at least 75% of the total programme duration and actively participated during those sessions.

In custom programmes the certificate can be c-branded with the partner company.

b. Certificate of Completion

Awarded to participants who:

• Attend at least 75% of the total programme duration; and

• Actively participated

• Completed and passed an individual project assessment with a minimum pass mark of 60%.

Notwithstanding points a and b, all participants must also be financially cleared to be awarded any certification.
