Participants will be able to: - • Apply structured project management principles to audit engagements. • Define clear audit scope, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. • Develop realistic audit plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Manage fieldwork execution, progress, risks, and scope changes. • Monitor performance against time, budget, and quality standards. • Conduct structured post-engagement reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Earning criteria

Award Criteria

a. Certificate of Participation

This is awarded to participants who attend at least 75% of the total programme duration and actively participated during those sessions.

In custom programmes the certificate can be c-branded with the partner company.

b. Certificate of Completion

Awarded to participants who:

• Attend at least 75% of the total programme duration; and

• Actively participated

• Completed and passed an individual project assessment with a minimum pass mark of 60%.

Notwithstanding points a and b, all participants must also be financially cleared to be awarded any certification.
