Appointed project managers globally in Grundfos Advanced Manufacturing and Grundfos Manufacturing Engineering.

Purpose

Grundfos will strengthen project leadership capabilities along with capabilities to learn and work in an international setting.

Outcome

The participants have gained a holistic understanding of project management and acquired tools as well as competencies in planning and leading projects in a systematic manner with a strong focus on leading the team.

The training is concluded with a 3-hour online examination with a mixture of multiple-choice questions, theoretical questions, and case-based assignments.

Training

The learning path combines different learning methods such as e-learning, action learning teams, exercises, articles and 10 virtual classroom sessions.

E-learning, team exercises, articles, etc.: Approx. 30 hours.

Virtual Learning: Approx. 20 hours.
